Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.Due to the personal and hygienic nature of reusable period products, we can only accept returns on unused and unopened items.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and unwashed
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Used reusable pads
  • Washed products
  • Opened personal care products
  • Clearance or final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
